On March 28, 1954, she married William Henry Davenport who preceded her in death on June 15, 2011. She lived in Saline County most of her life and worked at Fitzgibbon Hospital as a nurse’s aide, ward clerk, and retired after 33 years of service in materials management. She also had worked in healthcare at the Blosser Home for Women, Golden Oaks and Westport Assisted Living. As well as working in healthcare all those years, Barbara was a homemaker for her family and a caretaker for many of her family members. She enjoyed playing cards, games, and going to dirt track races.

Lee was a graduate of Deposit Central High School, Cornell University and Syracuse Law School. After passing the PA Bar Exam in 1973, he became an Attorney with the law offices of Howell & Howell. Soon thereafter, he became a partner of the firm which then became Howell, Howell & Krause, until his retirement.
We are here for you during this time
Marv attended UW-River Falls for a while where he played baseball. He served in the Army National Guard. Each Memorial Day, we host a ceremony with the local VFWand American Legion to honor veterans. The service is held in the cemetery's veterans garden and draws 100s of people each year. In addition, we place flags on every veteran's grave that day.

He was a current member of the Wayne County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He served as Past President of the Wayne County Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He also served as Past President of the Honesdale Area Jaycees. Lee was a member of the Woodworker’s Group, The Shriners, the Honesdale Lodge, Bucks Cove Rod & Gun Club and The Honesdale Golf Club. He was member of the White Mills Methodist Church. Ron will be missed by all of his friends and family. On December 27, 1961, Marvin was married to Mary Elaine Smith at St. Bridget Catholic Church in River Falls. Marvin was an excellent dairy farmer, receiving numerous awards throughout his career. He was a member of St. Bridget Catholic Church and The Knights of Columbus. Marvin enjoyed playing cards, bowling, driving John Deere tractors, trips to the casino and most of all spending time with family. They met at the Grand Ballroom in St. Paul, MN and continued dancing together throughout their marriage.

I enjoyed working with Ronnie and the Crowders years ago. He was very genuine and always up for a good story/laugh. Ron and all his family have been friends of my family most of my life. I always liked Ron and thought a lot of him.
